RETURN AND EXCHANGE
While we do not exchange for orders shipped internationally, we will refund items that have been wrongfully delivered for its amount alternately the customer can apply for free shipping for the next order.
Most refunds will process in approximately 2–3 weeks after the complaint has been forwarded. Additional processing delays may occur and we will keep you updated about them. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
In cases where the item is out of stock or the order has been cancelled, a refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment.
Items purchased on sale will not be refunded or exchanged. If the article received is different from the articles ordered please reach out to Customer Service to help you with your order.
